Soundspace’s SaaS platform manages all aspects of operations for shared spaces, including booking, payments, memberships, financials, and more. Our platform, combined with a proprietary demand-based booking system, transforms any commercial real estate space into an easily bookable or short-term rental workspace. We help space owners drive consistent, repeatable revenues from otherwise vacant spaces, reduce admin spend by over 50%, and simplify the space-sharing and booking experience for their community.
- Strategy Execution: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and execute them with confidence.
- Referral & Influencer Marketing: Develop and drive referral and influencer marketing strategies, with a strong focus on TikTok.
- Content Creation & Management: Create compelling content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and downloadable content. Edit and tailor videos for specific channels.
- Paid Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns. Experience with community engagement/management is a bonus.
- Consumer Focus: Preferably, work with consumer-facing brands and experience engaging with our key demographic (M 18-34; dad bands, hobby musicians).
- Marketing Tools: Utilize HubSpot and other marketing tools for measuring and reporting on attribution, effectiveness, and lead optimization.
- Creative Asset Development: Help build and define creative assets and branding for cohesive marketing efforts. This role may evolve into a more creative director-type position, setting the tone for 'Soundspace Creative' with guidelines and asset packages.
- Experience: 5 years in digital marketing with a proven track record of translating strategies into successful campaigns.
- Platforms: Proficient in managing content and paid campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other key channels.
