Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems - Repair or replace faulty components using hand and power tools - Fabricate parts as needed to complete repairs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance operations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Skills: - Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage maintenance tasks and coordinate with other team members - Experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques - Solid mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment issues - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking and scheduling maintenance activities - Knowledge of electrical systems, including working with motors, motor controls, and logic controllers Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities.
