What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - Clinic / School position at Source EQ?
Wonderful 90 bed care facility for children and adolescents boys ages 12-17 is searching for an RN for their clinic near Deep Creek. This is a large campus with comprehensive services including a large clinic onsite. This is a day shift position.

Through the implementation of policies, ensures all components of medication management, sick call and documentation are conducted in accordance with appropriate guidelines required by the customer and governmental
entities/agencies.
II. Essential Duties:
• Administers resident medications prescribed by physician. Ensures that an effective system is provided
to review medication oversight and ensure completion of all documentation and forms related to medication.
• Assures that nursing department completes all required admission and release procedures and documents in a timely manner to include facility entry screening, health related history and physical assessment.
• Completes and submits statistical reporting as required.
• Carries out clerical and administrative assignments to support resident care and department operations.
• Ensures youth immunizations are done and documented as required.
Qualifications:
Education – Must have a license as a professional Registered Nurse in FL
Skills - A sound understanding of group leadership, group dynamics, and experiential education. Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Salary : $33 - $37
