We are looking to hire an enthusiastic digital marketing assistant to assist our busy marketing team. You will be reporting directly to the digital marketing manager and assisting with all related tasks. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update system databases, create marketing literature and assets, and foster strong relationships with our clients.

Marketing Assistant Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant
- Creativity a must
- Copywriting
- Social Media reporting/analytics
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Project management
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Hubspot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress are a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support marketing executives by answering sales questions
- Conduct industry research
- Analyze and gather important data and create reports (social media, web analytics, rankings, ad campaigns etc.)
- Assist in the organizing of and deployment of digital campaigns
- Assist in the management of over 70 projects per year
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Experience:
Marketing: 1 year preferred
Hours:
Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Education Requirements:
Minimum High school diploma or GED. A college degree is a plus.
