Seeking a Desktop Technician for a consulting position at a pharmaceutical client. The work location is Spring House, PA 19477. Flexibility to commute to Malvern, PA 19355 site is preferred.
Desktop Technician (Contractor)
Initial contract duration is through 12/31/24, with possible extension
Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week, standard business hours
This role is on-site
Job Summary:
- Perform various computer, equipment, and software support tasks
- Check computer names and maintain inventory
- Perform cable patching and testing
- Computer moves, adds and changes
- Setup of new IT hardware
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant desktop support experience
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Teams
- Experience working in a laboratory environment is a plus
- Pharmaceutical (or other regulated) industry experience is a plus
