Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join the South City Print team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will play an important role in generating sales growth for South City Print.
This position is primarily an inside sales role, with an occasional need for meeting with a prospect or customer at their location.
This role requires excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Become well-versed on our core products and solutions.
2. Become familiar with our company and how we interface with prospects and customers.
3. Handle all inbound inquiries coming from the website, landing pages, or other digital sources.
4. Contact prospects who have visited our website anonymously, or to follow-up with those who have received direct mail or other type of outreach from South City Print.
5. Ask questions to understand the specific needs of prospects, then offer suggestions and solutions which fit their needs.
6. Build solid relationships.
7. Provide exceptional service.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
9. Stay in touch with those whom you have developed relationships. Keep them apprised of new products/solutions, promotions and services.
10. You will be responsible for learning about our capabilities and offerings.
Additional:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using the company's order management system.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
- Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- We prefer a 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing. Degrees in other disciplines will also be acceptable.
- We look for proven experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service. Marketing or graphic design experience would also be valuable.
