We are looking for an enthusiastic and care-driven Front Office Coordinator to join our team! Primary job responsibilities are:
- Promptly greet patients in a friendly and helpful manner
- Check in patients, verify insurances, update necessary patient information in the system
- Scan insurance cards and ID into the system
- Answer multi line telephone
- Verify insurance benefits
- Confirm patient appointments
- Triage patient phone calls
- Collect patient copays and other amounts due at checkout
- Efficiently schedule appointments into computer software while collecting accurate and complete information
- Maintain an accurate recall system for future appointments
- Must be able to multitask in a calm and professional manner
- Must be willing to cross train for other office areas after becoming proficient at the front desk
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
