Remote Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst and/or Software Developer to join our team to assist with various project needs. Not all skills are required and we are flexible to match skills with desired roles. However, immediate needs are in data analysis and visualization utilizing Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. Project expansion into working with spatial or ArcGIS data, cyber security familiarity, or software development skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting thorough data analysis to create reports, extract key insights, and identify trends, patterns and anomalies
• Support coworkers via data analysis requests and enable data self-service
• Integrate data across multiple SQL data stores with efficient queries
• Connect to various vendor APIs to enrich existing data
• Utilize ArcGIS to analyze, visualize, and extract geospatial data
• Assess and implement additional internal cyber security measures to harden existing company practices
