South Shore Social Beach Club is looking for seasonal Marketing and Digital Media Coordinator to join our team. Located at the South Shore Cultural Center Beach House, 7059 S. South Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60649.

South Shore Social Beach Club is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Our ideal candidate characteristics include attention to details, punctual, and a multi-tasker.

This position requires pre-seasonal work and would start prior to the opening day of South Shore Social Beach Club.


Responsibilities

    *Manage social media accounts and generate creative, original content on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Tik Tok and Instagram for South Shore Social Beach Club *Manage editorial calendars and outline monthly content plan including event promotions, menu items, etc. *Lead South Shore Social Beach Club team in development, execution, optimization, and reporting of full multi channel social media campaigns to meet business goals *Photography at South Shore Social Beach Club Events *Development of promotional fliers and materials for South Shore Social Beach Club Events.


Qualifications

    *Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction *College student pursuing degree in Communications/Marketing/Journalism is ideal or recent graduate

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
