Day Shift Bakers/ Shift Leads

Crumbl of Southeast Boise is looking for amazing, fast-paced, and passionate people to join our team as we prepare for our GRAND OPENING in February 2024!

We are looking for upbeat individuals to join us in baking a wide variety of Crumbls' famously delicious cookies while providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests.

Baker Responsibilities:

• Read and understand recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Ball dough to appropriate shape and weight
• Decoration and display of finished product
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards
• Greet customers, answer questions, give recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service
• Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Must be 16 years or older to apply for this role
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must have basic math and computer skills
• Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
• Time management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills

A Shift Lead is someone who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Shift Lead Responsibilities: Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations. Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
