Position Overview:
- Performing tasks involving physical labor removing/replacing asphalt and compacting asphalt.
- Other tasks/responsibilities will be a part of each job being assisted by a superintendent.
- Maintain a clean jobsite; pick up tools and equipment and secure jobsite each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
- Properly block off, Clean and prep parking lots for Crack-seal, Seal coat, Patching and Striping projects.
- Clean trucks and equipment daily.
- Ensure all tools are organized and accounted for daily
- Position may require weekend work and traveling

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License (Class A CDL is a plus)
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Ability to operate small asphalt roller/ plate tamp and other misc. small engine equipment.
Education Preferred: High school diploma
Experience Preferred: 3 years' prior asphalt experience. A strong work ethic and willing to work in a team environment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must have excellent stamina.
