Lactation Consultant - Maternity Care Center - Full Time - Camden Campus
Job Posting for Lactation Consultant - Maternity Care Center - Full Time - Camden Campus at Southeast Georgia Health System Inc
You will be responsible for:
- Providing in-hospital consultation, outpatient consultation, and physician and staff consultation
- Conducting formal in-services to hospital staff, maintain the resource library, and develop patient education materials
- Developing policies and procedures as well as community outreach programs and physician education
What you will need:
- Licensure as a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia
- Previous experience in maternal-child health nursing or two years’ experience in lactation consulting
