The Parts Supply Chain Analyst serves a critical role and provides onsite support to our operations teams at the Parts Distribution Center. Job Description
Southeast Toyota Distributors is seeking an experienced Analyst to support our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Analyst serves a critical role at our 450,000 square foot facility, by conducting business and financial analysis including supply chain optimization and inventory planning. This role will work as part of pro-active and collaborative team to make inventory and purchase decisions that have a significant financial impact to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying out of scope demand patterns, and establishment of inventory levels for Toyota Parts and Accessories.
- Creation of replenishment orders and long-range forecasts utilizing system tools and other relevant information.
- Interface with suppliers to address discrepancies, expedite shipments to meet requirements, and provide a level of communication that supports ongoing efficiencies between both parties.
- Support the achievement of division objectives: order fill rate, inventory turns, and obsolescence expense oversight.
- Communication liaison with dealerships, vehicle processing centers, SET Parts & Accessory Sales, and other business partners.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years data analysis experience
- Work experience in Microsoft Power BI,Tableau, and SQL-based tools (such as Cognos) to support data modeling
- Familiarity with either BlueYonder or Manhattan Associates
- Advanced skills and expertise in Microsoft products: Access, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in supply chain functions
- Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management methodologies
- Demonstrated above average problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills \
- Automotive-related experience preferred
- Proactive approach to work and ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, team environment with a high level of service to both internal and external customers
