Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the front-of-house staff, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties: - Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and bussers - Ensure smooth operations during service hours, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and wait times - Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and restrooms - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner - Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, condiments, and utensils, and place orders as needed - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bartending skills - Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling staff members - Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
