Overview
The Pricing Coordinator will be assisting both Pricing and Finance business areas. The role will be responsible for the administration of all pricing submissions, while ensuring all internal database and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are updated accordingly. Additionally, the role will be responsible for managing Supplier brand standards to achieve a strategic retail price, while ensuring margin profitability is maintained for all products across all markets. This will involve leading cross-functional conversations between the Chain Division, Trade Marketing teams and our Supplier community to ensure alignment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Embrace standard processes and become proficient in utilizing all tools daily developed to improve pricing accuracy and analytics
• Set Up and maintain pricing conditions and data tables according to company pricing structures and customer agreements
• Enter/Load monthly price submissions to our Grocery Chain, Independent and Convenient Store Customers
• Maintain internal price lists to accurately match product cost of goods sold (COGS), depletion allowances, transportation costs/freight, and tax structures
• Ensure all ERP and pricing systems are updated daily with all the latest submissions/changes
• Prepare price quotations and scenario analyses for theoretical, existing, and new products to support innovation processes and sales and marketing requirements
• Generate monthly price history, national price list, and regional profitability reports to support suppliers and internal teams
• Review reports daily to ensure pricing is up to date, minimizing failed deliveries due to pricing
• Provide support and act as a backup to the pricing and finance teams
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary– Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Ability to streamline processes to create efficiencies
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret and summarize data, identify key takeaway insights and business implications
• Effective communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation
• Energetic and works with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
