Potential Candidates will have or be comfortable with:
- Comfortable with reading recipes and weight in metric measurements
- Mass production setting (i.e. making a lot of the same item over and over)
- Comfortable with a variety of pastries (i.e. muffins, cakes, cookies, brownies, tarts, cream puffs, etc.)
- Have a passion for learning new techniques
- Maintain Our Standards for flavor and quality.
- Perform Cleaning and Sanitation task as needed.
- Good Organization and Time Management Skills
- Dependable and Self Starter
- Committed to Food Safety and Health Safety.
- Exhibit good communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast past environment
- Comfortable in a team oriented environment
- Schooling is a plus but not necessary
- Recipe building skills is a plus but not necessary
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Standing for long periods of time, ability to also, Kneel, Bend, or Squat.
