Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage (if applicable).

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency across all areas of the hotel.

Monitor and manage hotel occupancy, revenue, and expenses to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.

Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure optimal supply levels and cost control.

Guest Services:

Uphold Fairfield Inn & Suites' commitment to providing outstanding guest service by setting high standards and fostering a culture of hospitality among staff.

Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.

Monitor guest feedback through surveys, online reviews, and other channels, and implement improvements as needed.

Staffing and Training:

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeepers, maintenance technicians, and other personnel.

Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and opportunities for professional development.

Sales and Marketing:
