Responsibilities of this role include maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing routine reports, manuals, agendas, and correspondence; maintains necessary office supplies for supervisor/group supported, and ensures various office equipment is properly installed and maintained. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to assigned supervisor/group. Prepare routine reports, manuals, and agendas. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings. Track office inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist team with organizing special meetings and events. Interfaces with a variety of people, both internally and externally, in routine matters. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job duties and responsibilities can change at any time, with or without notice. Minimum Qualifications: Years of relevant or specific experience: One to three years of relevant work experience Academic Degree(s) and/ areas of study: Associate degree Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: ☒ Yes ☐ No Professional Certification(s): N/A Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage several tasks concurrently. Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: N/A Please note that a background check is required for employment.
