Southern Trust Home Services, Inc is currently hiring for a full-time Comfort Advisor Manager to coach a team of salespeople and ensure they are meeting established quotas in the Cave Springs, VA area. SALES MANAGEMENT DAY-TO-DAY

In this sales management position, you take responsibility for the overall success of the salesperson team. You are constantly mentoring, coaching, and training each person as well as reviewing every job and giving necessary feedback. As an exemplary leader, you maintain communication with your team at all times, ensuring they are on task and receiving necessary information. To ensure efficient operations, you assign leads, set quotas, and build sales plans, as well as hire and fire employees as needed.

During phone calls, you support your team by offering your expertise to help with customer questions and making sure all rebates, specials, and coupons are mentioned. With a positive attitude, you handle all complaints or issues quickly and with professionalism. As needed, you follow up with clients to close previously discussed jobs.

Towards the end of the day, you review and confirm leads, close rate average tickets, set the caller board, and send lead information to the salesperson team. You also address any issues with team members and reinforce their good work by letting them know when they are "killing it". REQUIREMENTS FOR AN COMFORT ADVISOR MANAGER

  • 5 years of sales experience
  • 2 years of leading and developing a sales team with proven results
