Construction, Industrial and Packaging Supplies
Seeking an individual with warehouse experience
to join our team in Reno, NV (New Location)
SouthernCarlson, a national distributor of construction, fastening, industrial and packaging supplies, is seeking a warehouse lead to join our small team of successful employees in our Reno branch. Shift is daytime hours Monday through Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage warehouse employee tasks including loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging of inventory.
Coordinate and manage physical inventory counts.
Maintain compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
Review work orders, purchase orders and all inventory reports.
Maintain excellent warehouse condition (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.).
Follows company safety policies and procedures and ensures warehouse employees do the same.
Provide input and feedback on all operational processes to the Branch Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Great organizational skills
Strong verbal skills
Excellent customer service and management skills
Must pass Background Check
Forklift experience preferred
Education/Experience Desired
HS Diploma or GED required. 1 years of related experience desired.
