WHAT YOU’LL DO

In collaboration with the Southside Management Team, the Store Manager leads the cafe team with a positive, lead-by-example demeanor. The individual will be expected to operate using independent judgment and assume overall responsibility for quality of service from the front of house team in addition to quality and consistency of food and beverage from front and back of house team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver superior service, maximize customer satisfaction and maintain standards throughout the Southside team

• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback

• Organize schedule and supervise shifts, including staff breaks

• Work in conjunction with other Store Managers to manage staff scheduling

• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

• Communicate job expectations to staff and enforce policies and procedures

WHAT IS REQUIRED

• Must have a great attitude, be a team player, and have the ability to communicate with coworkers & customers

• Self-starter, highly motivated, and dependable

• Proven ability to lead employees effectively

• Experience in high volume restaurants (3 years preferred)

• Experience in a management position (2 years preferred)

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays and overtime as required by business needs.

• Ability to work at all Southside Locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
