SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise in the Global Human Resource (GHR) system and a deep understanding of HR processes and data management. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the GHR system to support our HR operations effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements within the GHR system.
* Configure and customize the GHR system to meet the organization's HRIS needs, including data entry, reporting, workflows, security settings, and integrations with other systems.
* Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure the stability, performance, and security of the GHR system.
* Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users and administrators.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issues resolution for GHR system users, including responding to inquiries, resolving system errors, and conducting root cause analysis.
* Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and project implementations related to GHR.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features in GHR technology, especially related to the GHR system currently used, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience working with GHR systems. Experience with Infor GHR a plus.
- Experience with project management, system implementations, and system integration projects is a plus.
- HR certificate such as PHR or SPHR is desirable but not required.
