Southwest Health and Human Services currently has an opening for two (2) Restorative Practices Social Workers in our Marshall office location, preferred but not required. Other office locations could be Redwood Falls, Ivanhoe, Pipestone, Slayton or Luverne.
Southwest Health and Human Services (SWHHS) is a multi-county agency committed to strengthening individuals, families and communities by providing quality services in a respectful, caring and cost-effective manner.
The primary purpose of these positions is to facilitate Circles, Mappings and Family Group Decision Making meetings and provide case management for a small caseload of justice involved youth. One of these two positions, the caseload would consist of justice involved youth including youth involved with probation. Some evening work is required with this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or closely related field.
or
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker in a public or private social services agency.

Starting Rate of Pay: $25.60 - $42.81/hour
