Job Posting for Medical Receptionist, Part-Time, Bilingual Spanish Speaking at Sovereign Health systems
Sovereign Medical Group, LLC has a part-time opportunity for an experienced bilingual Spanish speaking medical receptionist. This position is for one evening per week, approximately 5 hours, located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcomes patients upon their arrival.
- Registration of patient’s information; data entry of basic demographics and insurance information.
- Verify eligibility of patient’s insurance.
- Schedule’s appointments.
- Answer phones.
- Precertification of medical services.
Experience / Skills:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Prior medical office and EMR experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to transition to change based on needs of the organization.
