This position provides an opportunity to apply creative skills in producing instructional videos that will be used to train users on the use of new software applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build technical software video e-learning from storyboards and design documents.
- Develop and update instructional videos to enable end users to easily learn, understand, and use complex technical concepts and software.
- Develop online training storyboards to publish and host video e-learning on NYC and NYS computer-based Learning Management Systems for agency staff consumption.
- Generate closed captions for the hearing impaired.
- Report daily and weekly project status, progress, issues, and blockers.
- Work with project team and business owners to incorporate feedback to videos.
Skills:
- Experience in video authoring tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, Frame.io, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, and Articulate Storyline 360.
- Adobe Creative Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
