- Manage a large piece of business with a portfolio of brands and/or manage multiple pieces of businesses
- Develop relationships of mutual trust and respect with senior clients and space150 stakeholders
- Provide and influence strategic direction and thought leadership by maintaining a strong understanding of the client’s business and customer needs
- Identify and mine for organic business opportunities that fall outside of day-to-day projects
- Closely partner with your Project Management partner and full integrated team; also mentor and develop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth
- Get your hands dirty. Dig in and do work as well as steer the ship
- Keep a pulse on the project team’s morale; celebrate victories and recognize individual efforts
- Set a precedent for teams by staying calm during high pressure situations
- Look for ways to surprise and delight clients
Qualifications include:
- 10 years of Account Management experience -- agency background preferred
- Digital/Interactive Marketing experience preferred
- Proven competencies in managing teams and new client relationships
- Proven track record of organic growth
- Ability to travel as needed
- Successful portfolio of work that you’re associated with
- A high degree of integrity, passion and drive
- A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset who is not afraid to take calculated risks
- Dynamic presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Proven team motivation, collaboration and team leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Content Management and Digital Marketing preferred (not mandatory)
