Store Manager
B. Turners is part of a family owned business which has been in operation since 1936. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail store operation. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, and a reputation for building a positive team environment. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a big box retail clothing store.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates
- Create a positive team environment that fosters collaboration and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales and budget hours and adjust strategies as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Merchandise product that is attractive to customer
Requirements:
- Must have experience in a retail clothing store
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar lead role
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Experience managing sales goals and achieving profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug test
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
