What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Sparks Group?
Responsibilities:
- Completing onboarding/offboarding paperwork.
- Assisting with I9 verifications, benefits, employee relations, new hire orientation
- Supporting recruitment with scheduling interviews and background check.
- Process invoices in a timely manner.
- Employee engagement initiative such as recognition programs, lunches, holiday events and ongoing monthly events.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2-4 years of Human Resource Background
- Microsoft office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Physical demands include walking within manufacturing facility
- Background screening required
