RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
As a Receptionist, the focus is implementing skills of organizations and tasking with day to day
operations such as phone calls, preparing documents, and managing the calendars of in office supervisor(s).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in clerical role
• Experience and Knowledge in the Special Education Department
• High School Diploma Required
• Excellent interpersonal skills; computer proficiency; excellent writing and verbal skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact with client/tenants of different races, ethnicities, ages, and
sexual orientations in a multicultural environment, as well as ability to multi-task and work
under pressure
• Bilingual - (Spanish/English)
Salary : $20 - $25
