Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing the construction crew, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor/Supervisor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction management, concrete, flatwork, and a finisher
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Knowledge of how to operate a Skid Steer
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

We offer pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position.
