Position: Accounting Analyst
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation Range: $40,000 – $50,000

What You’ll Do:
- Journal entry and analysis of balance sheet and income statement account activity.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparation of draft financial reports.
- Physical inventory assistance (some travel required).
- Analyze and adjust price variances as necessary.
- Communication with material vendors.
- Various Inventory adjustments and analysis.
- Provide back-up to other AP functions.
- Daily, Monthly, and Ad-hoc reporting as necessary.
- Interaction with various stakeholders, including external vendors, product management, accounts payable, internal sales, operations, and management.
What You’ll Need:
- Some college preferred, with a focus on accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Solid mathematical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with management, colleagues, and vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per hour
