Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Staffing Needs Assessment: Collaborate with management to determine staffing needs for each facility. Analyze turnover rates and forecast future hiring requirements.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessment tools. Check references, collect and analyze feedback from interviewers and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, and employee referrals
- Onboarding New Hires: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation scheduling and necessary training sessions. Work with the admin to ensure all of the required documentation (contracts, tax forms, etc.) is completed and submitted.
- Maintaining Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, etc.) to evaluate recruitment effectiveness. Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data analysis
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, initial training etc
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates for open positions
Education and Experience:
- BA or higher degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning is preferred
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Previous work experience with employee management/development, recruitment/ talent acquisition
- Industry/direct care experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
