Social Media Marketing Manager

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Duties: - Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals - Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms - Manage and grow our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry changes - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across different channels - Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance - Stay informed about best practices in social media marketing and implement new strategies as needed Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong understanding of content creation, relationship management, and social media marketing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in proofreading and editing content for accuracy and clarity - Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices - Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling and managing social media posts - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software is a plus - Understanding of advertising principles and ability to create effective ad campaigns We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
