Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general
ledger entries and resolving discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local
regulations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities including bank reconciliations, credit card
reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline intercompany processes and improve
efficiency.
- Prepare and apply international payments that include foreign exchange rates.
- Support external audits and tax filings.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience 5 years in an accounting assistant role with exposure to intercompany and
international accounting.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and generally accepted
accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365 and
QuickBooks Online).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and
cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.19 - $24.31 per hour
