Grounds Keeper
Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the grounds of SpectraCare facilities within a 5 county catchment area, as well as assisting with construction and building maintenance.
  • Landscaping to include mowing grass, trimming hedges, upkeep of flower beds and sweeping of outside areas as needed.
  • Building maintenance will include, but is not limited to, cleaning exterior walls and decks of facilities as needed, performing minor repairs, cleaning floors and assisting with construction.
  • This position will also be required to move furniture, including up and down stairs, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of high school diploma/GED
  • Strong knowledge of lawn maintenance machines
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in flooring.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties
  • A good driving record and an acceptable background check
