Title Meeting Planner I
Duration: 06 Months (Potential Extension)
Location/Site: US-IL-Lake County (AP31, 1 N Waukegan Road, North Chicago, IL)

In office 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday); Remote (Wednesday & Friday)

The meeting coordinator is responsible for providing support to meetings and congress related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Create web-based registrations for meetings and events in CVent meetings management software
• Work with Business Owner and Meeting Planner to determine e-communications (invitations, reminders, confirmations, final confirmations etc.) required for each event
• Assist Business Owner to ensure Attendee Lists are completed/in approved format
• Create and send standard and/or custom registration reports for Meeting Planners, TPV’s and/or Business Owners
• Coordinates meeting registration and housing administration
• Create print or electronic sign-in sheets for all HCP-attended sessions (by date/event)
• Create and print onsite materials (name badges, table tents, etc.) required with due dates. Ensure availability of printed material before meeting. Responsible for print and delivery.
• Manage effective communication with several levels of cross-functional stakeholders, such as: business owners/internal customers, field personnel, and various supporting departments
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum Education: BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum Work Experience: 2 years of related work experience.
• Hospitality industry background and / or experience or previous work experience in meeting / convention coordination
• Desired qualifications:

o Good communication skills (written and verbal)
