The Spectrum Internship Experience
As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for approximately 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities including a Kickoff Conference on June 1, webinars, executive speaker series, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentation.

Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will offer experience in:
- Working with leadership to establish and/or improve effectiveness and efficiency of industry-best practices and QA standards, processes, and procedures, to ensure software quality and successful process-audits
- Analytics and statistical analysis based on data from JIRA, our primary source of work intake
- Preparing activity, progress and status reports regarding QA activities for review by senior and executive leadership
Skills and experience required for this role include:
- Knowledge of software QA design and methodologies.
- SQL query a plus
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Ability to work 100% in office
- Analytical skills
- Verbal and written skills
- Moderate to Advanced Excel Skills, Proficient in all other Microsoft Office applications
- Project and time management skills
- Works well in a team environment or independently
