WHAT YOULL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience : OSP underground construction / maintenance experience : 2-4 years
Education : High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Knowledge : Understand outside plant construction standards.
Skills : Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, communication, adaptability, consistency
Abilities : Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to dig in all types of soil. Willingness to learn, handle tools and equipment, physical abilities like bending, squatting and lifting occasionally heavy material
Travel Ability : Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record; youll travel 80% of the time to complete projects at different sites
Preferred Qualifications
Class A CDL (commercial drivers license)
OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification
