JOB SUMMARY
The VP, Business Integration is responsible for leadership and oversight of all aspects relating to field testing, end-to-end user acceptance testing and operational readiness of new products, services and employee facing systems. This role serves as a primary steward for Customer Operations with key internal business partners in Product, Engineering and IT.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Serve as primary liaison for Customer Operations in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal business partners in Product, Engineering and IT.
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the development and implementation of process design for the integration of functional business requirements.
Validate integration and design processes using gap analysis, user acceptance/Beta testing, pre-deployment assessment and post-deployment assessment.
Foster a culture of consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.
Attract and retain highly effective management and supervisory staff through mentoring, coaching, development, appraisal and motivation techniques.
Assist in the preparation and management of capital budget, operating budget, and expense management for assigned area.
Perform other related duties, as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Extensive project management experience
Proven success leading and implementing integration processes with key stakeholders
Solid knowledge and extensive experience with user acceptance/Beta testing practices
Experience leading and implementing pre and post deployment assessment and analysis
Proven track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee relations
Ability to communicate orally and in writing, in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics
Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Mature judgment and individual initiative
Ability to supervise and motivate others
Ability to use personal computer and software
Knowledge of broadband products and services
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
