WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING AN HR BENEFITS COORDINATOR TO WORK IN SOUTH CITY!
Speech Goals is seeking motivated candidates with a bright outlook as new additions to our administrative team, to hire right away. We're a team of positive professionals whose #1 goal is to support each other so we can best serve our clients and community, and we would love to have you.
DUTIES
- receiving, logging, and accommodating benefits for administrative and therapy team members
- take on role as primary human resource representative, acting as liaison between therapy and administrative staff on our team, and our HR services
- supporting and establishing human resource policies, programs, and best practices by communicating and checking in on team
- assist in payroll, benefit changes, time off, processing pay
- assist in administrative tasks for hiring, onboarding, progress checks, and exit interviews
- support compensation, benefits, and enrollment plans in general
REQUIREMENTS
- experience with benefits and HR platforms
- experience with online systems, chat, and videochat preferred

COVID-19 considerations:
We are educating ourselves as special needs professionals to deliver best practices for virtual therapy and learning along with the return to in person practices. We have transitioned back to the offices since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 3 years (Preferred)
