Overview:
This position will demonstrate and educate our product and programs to existing and new schools / organizations. Our goal is to maximize our customers Sport Stacking programs by offering products and services that will benefit their students and organization. Our market is primarily built around schools and physical education departments at the elementary level and Kindergarten - 8th Grade levels. A presentation is a hands-on interactive teaching of Sport Stacking in a physical education classroom setting (gymnasium), typically teaching to grades Kindergarten - 5th grade. As a Field Trainer, you will teach to each grade level through a school day demonstrating Speed Stacks and its vast array of uses. Additionally, as a Field Trainer you will educate the teacher / instructor on current programs and offerings which are available to them.

- Training is 1 week long and will be conducted in a school setting. Training is to be paid at $100.00 per day

- Upon completion of training, Field Trainer will receive the necessary equipment for the position to be able to demonstrate.

Requirements:
- This position involves travel (local) each day
- Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided at $0.40 per mile travelled)
- Field Trainer will enter data into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- This position will require you to store Speed Stacks product/equipment (small amount). We ship our equipment in bulk as it’s distributed to schools through presentations. This requires a small (dry) space for Speed Stacks products
- This position will require you to hands-on teach students and instructors basic patterns of Sport Stacking and our games and activities provided through our curriculum
- Capable of being on feet for up to 8 hours of a working day
- This position will require managing your own schedule (scheduling of presentations and meetings)
- There are roughly 180 days in a school calendar year. This position requires a minimum of 75 presentations per school calendar year
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- This position requires working with kids and students (must pass criminal background check)
- Teaching/Educator role background is a plus but not required
- Physical Education background is a plus but not required
- Sales / retail background is a plus but not required
- Must be available during the hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Compensation:
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: $150 - $175 per presentation. Position offers up to $30,000 - $35,000 annual salary after a probationary period of a minimum of 2 months
Commission: 10% - 15% monthly total sales. (Average of $15,000 - $25,000 per school year)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.40 per mile.
Bonuses: Bonuses available through the school year in a range of $1,000 - $4,000.
