What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at SpeedPro?
- Combine creativity and knowledge of large format graphics to recognize customer’s needs and offer solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with Customers, written and verbal
- Liaise with the customer and act as key point of contact
- Create and provide quotes to both new and current customers as needed
- Oversee and facilitate the Sales-to-production process, using our project management system, and through direct communication with our team
- Manage projects from customer/prospect inquiry as provided by the outside Sales Representative
- Keep track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate invoicing for all customers
