What you bring:
- Staffing, training, and supervising General Managers
- Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and team building, and promoting excellent customer service
- A focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses.
- Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management
Job Requirements:
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field is not required but is desired.
- The ability to relocate may be requested in some areas.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during the course of employment.
- The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated, performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds”
