The role:
Our team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help build world-class Engineering and Product teams out of Karachi, Pakistan. Working closely with senior leadership in Pakistan, the Technical Recruiter will be skilled at creatively sourcing top technical talent, partnering effectively with hiring teams and building a great culture. The right candidate will be able to carry a full req load and fill reqs in a timely manner.

What you will be doing:
- Sourcing, recruiting and hiring top technical talent across a wide range of engineering and product roles
- Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting technical candidates
- Networking and researching passive candidate networks throughout the Pakistan market, to find great hidden talent
- Managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing and interviewing, through coordination, offer acceptance and close
- Partnering closely with Hiring Managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled, aligning on an effective interview process, and keeping them updated on the recruiting pipeline & timeline.
- Maintaining all recruitment statuses, notes and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
- Reporting on weekly and quarterly metrics/goal attainment

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- 4-6 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for a high-growth product, SaaS, and/or software organization
- Experience recruiting for highly technical positions in a competitive environment
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting technical talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Have a track record of balancing a full req load with ease
