The role
We are looking for someone who wants to set new Spektrix clients up for success, using our world-leading ticketing, marketing and fundraising software.
You will be the key contact for our recently-signed clients as they make the transition to Spektrix. As a project manager, you will work with their teams and third parties to set them up for long-term success using Spektrix. Additionally, for each implementation, you’ll coordinate team members and stakeholders internally across the business to ensure the new clients are prepared to leverage their new Spektrix system to reach their operational goals.
While the role is primarily client-facing, there will also be opportunities for project managers to do internal projects across the business - working with stakeholders to meet our internal business needs - including creating and implementing processes to help our business grow. You have
- Great organizational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you are able to manage expectations for the client, for the third parties, and for our own internal teams
- Adaptability to change - our projects involve multiple parties and as a result, project timelines and some project goals often need to be adjusted. You’re able to successfully manage those types of changes
- Composure and customer focus while working through complicated client needs
- A sense of ownership over your work and ability to work independently - while we are an Implementation team, much of the work that is done over the course of an implementation will need to be managed by you.

Hybrid Working Policy
As of May 2022, we have adopted a hybrid work model where we expect about 10-20% of time spent in-person at our Manhattan office. This includes in-person days for the Implementation team to regularly get together. If you are based outside of New York, travel to the office will be out-of-pocket with flexible attendance requirements.
We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to working setups and most of our team works from home on a regular basis. Whether you end up working in the office or from home more you will need a good setup for working from home.
We’ll provide reasonable support and all the hardware you need to get started, but we do require that you have the following already in place:
