Travel: 50% Travel - 50% remote/in office (Dallas, TX)
Travel Includes any 5 of the following states (TX, CA, NV, NM, IL, TN, OH, IN, NC, GA)
Hours per week: 50-hour work weeks

Job Summary: Leeward Renewable Energy is looking for an entry level Project Manager who is capable of managing their portfolio of smaller projects. The projects potential candidates would be expected to manage would include O&M Buildings, Large Corrective work at an existing facility, retrofits, etc. Leeward is looking for Candidates who are capable of keeping up with the operations of the projects and manage the maintenance of the projects. The Project Manager will be responsible of anywhere between 3 and 5 smaller projects in any of the following states (TX, CA, NV, NM, IL, TN, OH, IN, NC, GA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Support the development of project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in renewable energy technologies, particularly solar, wind, and BESS.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
