Spenga is a 60 minute workout that combines the 3 main components of Fitness; cardio, strength ,and flexibility. The workout begins with 20 minutes of spin, followed by 20 minutes of strength, followed by 20 minutes of yoga. A certified instructor is leading class every step of the way.
The franchise was started in 2015 outside of Chicago, IL and is quickly growing brand with more than 30 open studios across the country. This will be the first Spenga in Chapel Hill and we are so excited to be bringing this amazing workout to the community in the fall of 2020!
Position Summary:
A SPENGA manager is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who's ultimate goal is to make every member’s experience a great one and exceed their expectations every day. All managers are responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job will encompass everything from day-to- day operations to membership sales and brand promotion. We are currently looking for a part-time manager, with the potential to become the full-time manager dependent upon performance.
Qualifications:
• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services
• Willingness to learn and think outside of the box to drive member engagement and build the Spenga community.
• Motivation and drive
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin and yoga are a plus, but most importantly a passion for health and fitness is a must!
Job Description:
• Help build the SPENGA community through membership sales
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Retain and increase client participation through studio event planning and community involvement.
• Maintain a clean facility and assist in the set up and reset of studio equipment before and after classes.
• Work with the owners to create best practices for lead follow-up and prospect conversion using available software and partners (CRM, POS, marketing partners).
• Assist in training the studio front desk staff in the execution of these sales practices.
• Actively post content on social media platforms.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
