Spherion Staffing has open an immediate opening for a HVAC Company We are looking for an Office Assistant for the Service Department. This role will have specifically assigned tasks related to invoicing and customer service as well as assisting the Service Manager to keep processes and projects moving forward in the office which will include delegating new projects, assisting with customer issues, warranties, and call back tracking. This is a temp to hire position. Background and drug screen required.

The schedule is M-F, 8am-5pm. Pay rate is between $18-$20 an hour DOE.
- Invoicing and invoice tracking
- Customer Service - in person, over the phone, and through email
- Assisting technicians with questions
- Assisting Service Manager with special projects
- Strong, positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it is necessary to change priorities throughout the day
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, mainly outlook, word, and excel
- Higher-level Excel skills a plus, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently as a team and independently
- Process driven mentality
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
