What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Specialist position at SPHERION?
The Account Specialists primary responsibility is to receive and process customer orders with the utmost accuracy and efficiency while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Provide product information, availability, pricing, lead times and post sales assistance to selected accounts.
-Accurately process orders received from customer phone calls, web import, EDI, email, fax and hand written forms.
-Ensure timely communications with the customer until an issue is resolved via phone and email.
-Accept and process customer orders accurately in an ERP environment.
-Assists with customer returns, exchanges, credits and rebilling.
-Process Bill of Ladings, Customs Papers, and Certificates of Conformance as needed.
-Scheduling of products for production as needed following appropriate protocols.
-Ensures Customer profile information is accurate and any account notes are documented.
-Supports Team, Sales and Management by collecting and analyzing information and preparing reports.
-Checks held orders and Next Day Air shipments daily and communicates status to appropriate team member.
-Coordination and communication of materials to be shipped with Shipping Department and Sales.
-Support Customer Account Services Staff and Sales by tracking orders as needed.
-Provides website authorization to customers with approval from Brand Manager
