EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR

As an Equipment Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment, ensuring that all machinery functions optimally and adheres to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance staff, coordinating repair schedules, and ensuring that all equipment is in compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and operation of all manufacturing equipment, ensuring functionality and efficiency.

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime and ensure continuous production.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all equipment complies with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with other departments to address equipment-related issues promptly and effectively.

Maintain records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or repairs.

Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and staff are trained in the proper use of equipment.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source parts and services for equipment maintenance.

Participate in the development of operational strategies and improvements for equipment performance.

Manage the budget for equipment maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising safety or quality.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in equipment maintenance and operation, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
